A 90 minute consultation and session with our one to one trainer costs £45.

 

Here’s the opportunity to take on a Gym Course with assisted training in Somerset. The beginner course is set over a matter of weeks and will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of workouts in the local gym while being assisted.

The Assisted Gym Workout for Beginners Course is every fortnight with dates to be confirmed. All assisted training courses are kept to a minimum small number to provide the best results as a group training session.
