Mendips Autumn Training Miles

Every year Sole Cycling provide training camps during the Autumn months, endurance cycling, hill workouts and clocking extra cycling miles to maintain fitness throughout Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in preparation of all cycling events and maintaining peak fitness or simply getting fitter. Not only for cycling but also for weight loss enthusiasts. Each session is catered to your cycling ability.
